Refund and Return Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:
1, If your package gets seized by your country’s customs, we will resend your shoes for 50% of the original cost, meaning if you bought a $100 pair of shoes, we would pay $50 towards a new one for you but you would be responsible for the remaining $50. If you would not like a new pair sent to you, then we can refund you 50% of the original amount.
2, If you place an order and decide to cancel it for any reason BEFORE we ship them out, we will give you 100% of your money back. But, once the shoes are shipped, we do not accept cancellations at all, and we cannot provide a refund.
2, To initiate an exchange or a refund , visit your Order History page. Simply click on “Leave A Message” next to the appropriate item and our customer service will help process your request.
3, Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. After we complete your refund, we will send you a message/Email. Please allow 7-15 days for your refund to appear.
4, When a gift card/Coupon/Credit (or any other free giveaway) is applicable to an order and if that order is refunded for any reason, the gift card (or any other free giveaway) used in that order cannot be refunded.
5, We cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT and any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
6, You have to pay for the return shipping fee, unless a mistake is made by us.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot provide a refund.
Please be aware that our products are replicas, commonly known as “reps shoes,” and as such, we do not allow refunds if you claim that you no longer need the product. We have implemented this policy due to some customers attempting to defraud us by requesting a refund after receiving the product.
We strive to provide superb products and ensure customer satisfaction, but we have encountered fraudulent behavior from a small number of customers. Therefore, we cannot issue any refunds for claims stating that the product is not needed or wanted.
